Every product that Egrem sells is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of a Egrem product, you may send the product to Egrem for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of ownership. California state law requires that items accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.Damaged items covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with items of comparable size and style, at Egrem’s sole discretion. Damaged items not covered under warranty will be repaired, when possible, for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
